Applications installed in the system area in some cases can perform functions that are typical for malware. So Dr.Web can identify such applications as threats.
For system applications, the Block option is available. Select it to have Dr.Web Firewall block all internet connections for the system application identified as a threat.
For system applications, as well as for any installed applications, the Move to quarantine option is not available.
If a system application can be safely deleted or cured, the corresponding option is available for it. For that, root access should be allowed on your device.
If a system application cannot be safely deleted, the Delete option is not available, but you can use the following guidelines:
•Stop the application from the device settings: open Settings > Applications and select the application detected as threat. Then on the screen with information on this application, tap Stop.

•Disable the application in the device settings: open Settings > Applications and select the application detected as a threat. Then on the screen with information on this application, tap Disable.
•If a custom operating system (ROM) is installed on the device, you can restore the official software of your device manufacturer by yourself or in a service center.
•If you use official software of the device manufacturer, try to contact the vendor for more information on this application.
•If root access is allowed on your device, you can try to delete this application using special utilities.
To disable notifications about threats in system applications that cannot be safely deleted, select the System applications check box in the Settings > General settings > Additional options section.
