On the tab, you can configure parameters of sending emails from the Control Center, e.g., as administrative notifications or when mailing installation packages of the stations or to restore the administrator password. •—email address which will be set as a sender of emails. •—SMTP server address which is used to send emails. •—SMTP server port which is used to send emails. •, —if necessary, specify name and password of SMTP server user, if the SMTP server requires authorization. •—time-out in seconds to establish a connection with SMTP server. The value is positive integer greater than or equal to 1. •In the drop-down list, select the type of encrypted data exchange: ▫—switching to secured connection is performed by using the STARTTLS command. The 25 port is used by default for the connection. ▫—establish a new secured TLS connection. The 465 port is used by default for the connection. ▫—do not use encryption. Data exchange will be over an unprotected connection. •Set the flag to use CRAM-MD5 authentication on a mail server. •Set the flag to use DIGEST-MD5 authentication on a mail server. •Set the flag to use LOGIN authentication on a mail server. •Set the flag to use AUTH-NTLM authentication on a mail server. •Set the flag to use plain text authentication on a mail server. Set the flag to enable validating the TLS certificate of a mail server. •Set the flag to validate the TLS certificate of mail server. In the field specify the path to the TLS certificates. •Set the flag to get SMTP session detailed log. •In the field, you can specify the email addresses to check the email sending. Click to send the test email (same as the Dr.Web Server notification) according to the settings specified in this section. |
