When contacting Doctor Web technical support, you might need to generate a report on Family Security operation.
To generate a report
1.Open Menu 
in the top-right corner of the app main screen and choose About app.
2.On the About app screen, tap Menu and select Report.
3.Tap Create report. By default, a report includes data on events and failures during the Family Security operation. If this information is not enough to locate the problem, you can also collect the debug information, which includes extended information on the app operation. To do so, turn on the Record debug information toggle.

Recording the debug information may increase power consumption. After you have collected the necessary data, turn off the toggle. |
On devices with Android 11 and later, report is saved to the /Download/Family Security folder as a .log file.
On devices with Android 10 and earlier, report is saved to the /Android/data/com.drweb.familysecurity/FamilySecurity/ folder as a .log file.
