In order for the Dr.Web app to work properly on Realme devices, change the following settings:

Running in the background allows the app to keep running even if it is not active. It is necessary for constant anti-virus protection and for the following advanced components to work as expected: Call and SMS filter, URL filter, Dr.Web Anti-theft, Parental Control, and Firewall.

•Allow autostart

•Allow display over other apps

Dr.Web uses pop-up windows in the background to restrict access to a single app or the whole device.

Settings and their location may vary on different device models and OS versions. If the instruction does not solve your problem, please contact our technical support.

To allow running in the background

1.In your device settings, open App management > Dr.Web > Battery usage.

2.Select Allow background activity.

To allow autostart

1.In your device settings, open App management > Dr.Web > Battery usage.

2.Select Allow autolaunch.

To allow display over other apps

1.In your device settings, open App management > Dr.Web.

2.Enable the Display over other apps switch.
