In order for the Family Security app to work properly on Meizu devices, change the following settings:

•Lock Family Security in the background

Running in the background allows the app to keep running even if it is not active. It is necessary for continuous protection of the family members’ devices.

To lock Family Security in the background

1.Open recent apps.

2.Tap the lock icon next to the Family Security app.
