•Lock Family Security in the background

Running in the background allows the app to keep running even if it is not active. It is necessary for continuous protection of the family members’ devices.

To allow autostart

1.In your device settings, select App management.

2.Select Auto-start management.

3.Select Family Security in the list of apps and yes the switch next to it.

To lock Family Security in the background

1.Open recent apps.

2.Tap the lock icon next to the Family Security app.
