In order for the Dr.Web app to work properly on Samsung devices, change the following settings:
•Lock Dr.Web in the background
Running in the background allows the app to keep running even if it is not active. It is necessary for constant anti-virus protection and for the following advanced components to work as expected: Call and SMS filter, URL filter, Anti-Theft, Parental Control, and Firewall.

To lock Dr.Web in the background
1.Open recent apps.
2.Press the Dr.Web icon. In the menu, select Lock this app.
A lock icon will appear at the bottom of the locked app.
