Locking device allows you to remotely block all functions of the family member’s device including calls and SMS messages. To unlock the device, family member should send a device unlock request to the family manager. Family manager can unlock the device at any time on the app main screen.
To lock a device
1.Choose the tab of the family member whose device you want to lock.
2.On the app main screen choose the Lock panel.
3.Tap Lock.
You will see the Command sent notification.
You can also block the device via SMS command if you turn on this option for the family member account.
