In order for the Family Security app to work properly on Realme devices, change the following settings:
•Allow running in the background
Running in the background allows the app to keep running even if it is not active. It is necessary for continuous protection of the family members’ devices.
Autostart allows to start application processes right after the device is turned on. It is necessary for continuous protection of the family members’ devices.
•Allow display over other apps
Family Security uses pop-up windows displayed over other apps to restrict access to a certain app or the whole device.

To allow running in the background
1.In your device settings, open the App management > Family Security > Battery usage.
2.Select Allow background activity.

1.In your device settings, open the App management > Family Security.
2.Use the Display over other apps toggle button.
