In order for the Family Security app to work properly on Samsung devices, change the following settings:
•Lock Family Security in the background
Running in the background allows the app to keep running even if it is not active. It is necessary for continuous protection of the family members’ devices.
•Disable putting apps to sleep

To lock Family Security in the background
1.Open recent apps.
2.Press the Family Security icon. In the menu, select Lock this app.
A lock icon will appear at the bottom of the locked app.
To disable putting apps to sleep
1.In your device settings, open the Device care > Battery > Background usage limits.
2.Use the Put unused apps to sleep toggle button.
