Manager

A manager can view tasks and accounts of the space they belong to. Managers can:

•manage accounts within their space:

•create new manager and user accounts within their space,

•delete an account,

•change name or email address of an account,

•change account type within their space,

•reset password to an account,

•block and activate an account within their space;

•edit tasks within their space:

•reopen tasks,

•rename tasks,

•close tasks,

•delete tasks,

•share tasks with related spaces added by an administrator,

•request expert support for tasks;

•edit filters within their space,

•create new filters,

•delete filters,

•edit filters,

•add filters to groups.
